Super Mid Century Oak 2 Drawer Cabinet Air Ministry

We have a rather good mid century oak 2 drawer cabinet/sideboard with the AM stamp to the back and made on licence by Liss Bros likely from a design by Gordon Russell.

The design very much echoes the Cotswold School in style and this one sits in a pleasing “golden” tone and is in a lovely lightly aged condition with its simple stance, well shaped oak knobs and highly useful and attractive combination of 2 door shelved cupboard with a pair of decent sized drawers on top. 

As mentioned it sits in fine order with good historic aging and nothing nasty - drawers close well etc. We have carefully beeswaxed the piece, cleaned and ensured its ready for placing.
