ITEM DESCRIPTIONS Please be aware a proportion of the items sold by Billy Hunt are antique, vintage and as thus are used, in some cases having been restored and/or altered and are NOT sold as new. Items may therefore carry minor flaws such as small scratches, marks and show signs of general wear and tear. Whilst we ensure that most flaws are photographed and/or described as accurately as possible, we never intend to mislead customers intentionally, please remember descriptions are formulated in our opinion and are therefore subjective. Again, we strive to provide accurately the origin, age, provenance and condition of items but in some cases this may be an opinion and not a fact. The absence of any description pertaining to condition does not imply that the item is free from any flaws or restoration. BEFORE YOU ORDER Please check your order to ensure accuracy of the sizes, finishes and colours. It is very important to make note of dimensions of the item/s you are purchasing to check that they will fit into the intended location. If the item does not fit on the day of delivery, please note that the courier will not take it away on the day and you will need to organise return of the piece and pay for the delivery and return.
The Billy Hunt website endeavors to provide you with an accurate representation of finishes, colours and textures of items, however due to changes in lighting and a wide variety of resolution qualities on different computer and handheld device screens, some variation is possible. If you are concerned with having a 100% colour match then we recommend you visit and view the item/s. With wood being a natural product, it is subject to movement if exposed to extreme temperature changes. Metal and leather items are affected by everyday contact, substances and air temperatures - normally this means items will, over time, change colour and gain a far more interesting patina.

PAYMENT METHODS & MAKING AN OFFER Payments can be made securely via our website, over the phone where we accept all major credit/debit cards. We also accept payment by bank transfer.
If you would like to contact us with regards to making an offer for an item, please call or email us. Please note that once an offer is accepted payment will be required by means of immediate bank transfer or with a credit/debit card over the phone, thus ensuring the item is yours.
DELIVERY All deliveries within mainland England and Wales are made by a single person service based on items being delivered to a ground floor location. The price of deliveries within mainland England and Wales are included within the overall price of pieces. Deliveries to Scotland and any of the British Isles will incur additional fees and a quote will be provided on request. Any items requiring delivery to locations not at ground level will be quoted for on an individual basis and on request. If there are any restrictions at your location you must advise us of this at point of order, if a delivery cannot be made due to certain restrictions, the item will be returned to us and you will be required to pay for a second delivery to be made.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME On average we anticipate items will be delivered within 15 working days, if not sooner - we will always do everything we can to ensure timely delivery. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees, however we will liaise with you to keep you informed of when an item has been dispatched. Please allow a little longer for delivery to more remote areas within Wales, Cornwall and Scotland. Delivery timing can also take longer during certain times of the year.
For any international deliveries we will advise on timings once arrangements have been made with international shippers.
STORAGE OF GOODS We are happy to store items for free and at our discretion for items which have been fully paid for.
After a period of 26 weeks following purchase, items will be sold to cover storage costs, with no refund/credit given, unless contact has been made to extend storage or arrange delivery/collection.
Items will not be eligible for return and refund if they have been stored for more than 28 days prior to delivery.
DAMAGED ITEMS If an item is damaged during shipment, please take photos and contact us immediately on receipt of the item so we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
REFUNDS & RETURNS If, in the unlikely event you decide to return an item we will happily refund you the purchase price minus the cost of delivery providing we are notified in writing within 14 days of receipt of the item. When returning an item please ensure it is appropriately wrapped/packed and adequately insured. Please note that if you are returning an item the cost of the delivery/postage is your responsibility and we would recommend that you obtain proof of posting. A refund will only be issued on receipt of the returned item.
Items purchased via a 3rd party site, not directly via Billy Hunt will need to be returned via the 3rd party, not directly.

Our Service is hosted by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”). Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to provide the Service to you.
