Victorian Smokers Bow Chair C.1890 - 1900

Great to find one of these chairs in lovely worn condition rather than a “tarted up” version which we sometimes come across. From a Worcestershire vicarage this one possesses a great stance with wear in the right places and is of a pleasing tone. Classic turned uprights, an ample wide seat and a double stretcher.

After a light dusting and a little museum wax it's ready to enjoy. One of the best we have found for a while - just a delight!
