Mid Century Gordon Russell Oak 2 Drawer Desk Console Table

A Mid Century oak two drawer desk or side/console table by Gordon Russell, makers stamp underneath the top and to the rear. One of the best we have found in this design for a long time - incredibly well cared for.

It’s a good, stylish Mid Century piece in English Cotswold School design, a good size with two drawers offering a generous workspace as a computer desk or writing table. In a well-toned oak, with a moulded top and chamfered legs united by a cross stretcher.

This one survives in super order. The drawers are running as they should (we have waxed the runners), it's sitting firm with no wobbles or repairs. A well looked after piece with a lovely grain and tone.

A fine looking piece of Air Ministry antique furniture with plenty of placing options – certainly big enough for a desk.
