Pair Mid Century Gordon Russell Bedside Tables Nightstands

Just wonderful and getting more difficult to find in pairs - a set of single drawer bedside tables/ nightstands of military issue with both the Air Ministry and Gordon Russell stamps dated 1959 underneath the lower shelf on one of the pieces.

These are super and have been carefully repolished in our workshop. They are of effortless and stylish design, with a single top drawer which opens by way of the well shaped original handle, the slender angled legs support the simple top and a useful lower shelf with apron. Very pleasing and satisfying to the eye. Both tables are in similar condition with a few light knocks to the tops and edges and sitting firm and ready for placing.

A particularly placeable pair in teak by Gordon Russell.
