Cracking Pair of Quality Early 1930s British Leather Club Wingback Armchairs
A super pair of British early 1930s wingback armchairs in stunning untouched condition. The real McCoy with lots of wear in the right places. We just love the look of this pair in a worn green / blue hide – particularly comfortable with firmish seats rather than “bum to the floor”!
Both are in a very similar condition and may benefit from a new cushion on the seat which we can organise at cost however the ones at the moment are clean and of good quality. Both chairs have wide-ranging wear to the arms, top of the wingbacks and around the edges. Both have a split in the leather to the front lower piece but not deal breakers. The chairs are strong and firm with no wobbles or shakes.
So good to find a stylish pair in such tremendous condition.
Dimensions – Overall: Height 82cm x Width 86cm x Depth 98cm
Dimensions – Specifically the Seat: Height 40cm x Width 46cm x Depth 57cm
