Tremendous Vintage Industrial 1950s 52 Drawer Cabinet by Colangular
This one was found in the offices of Albion Street Works and was full of Watch faces and custom made moulds for watch parts and other items of jewellery. We love the curved edging of the cabinet, overall as found condition and so pleased that all 52 drawers are in situ - so frustrating when some are missing… The little maker’s plate sits proudly at the top and it’s presented in great vintage order.
It’s been checked over in our workshop – all good and showing the odd bump to the edges, marks and paint loss to the cabinet and drawer fronts, no repairs and its sitting firm. We have lightly cleaned the cabinet and given it a wipe over with a little wax. Having been dry stored there’s no rot or rust.
