A Handsome Victorian Uniform Black Metal Trunk With Little Brass Castors
A very handsome example of a late Victorian black metal uniform trunk sitting on a little set of brass castors, with brass lock and clasp and label in situ.
This one has something about it… Its well-shaped, the lock is rather attractive and the inside paint survives in fine order. Expect scuffs to the black paintwork otherwise its strong with no wobbles. Clasp working fine but no key we’re afraid.
These are great as side tables to plonk the drinks or remote on or look good stacked up. Purchased along with another signed F. Savage if you fancy a couple.
Dimensions – Overall: Height 31cm x Width 71.5cm x Depth 38cm
