A country house armchair of very generous proportions, having a wonderful classic shape and surviving from around the late 19th century. The scroll back, wide long seat, large arms and curved front all add up to a cracking looking armchair which you could decide to reupholster or just place the cotton print cover on her and enjoy as is.
We would say that the front castors are a later addition but work ok and there is a little movement in one of the arms otherwise a charming addition to any home.
