Vintage 1930s Oak Chest of Drawers a Factory Industrial Discovery

This one was lurking in the corner of a small Lancashire factory and we would assume was once a home piece and has enjoyed a new life as a tool cabinet in the workshop. Probably brought from home and “dolled up” with a quick coat of black paint around the handles and top, not the neatest job but adequate for purpose…
It’s a fair weight and possesses a useful slide out additional top which sits over an arrangement of six drawers which are all working fine. As mentioned, we would say it’s from around the 30s gauging by its shape. We have cleaned out the drawers and given the chest the once over so it’s ready to place, be it a little rough around the edges with numerous marks.
Something a little different and blessed with a variety of uses – home or commercial.
