This one is a big one and sure to create a bit of attention. The letter press was made by Shaw and Son of Fetter Lane London one of the oldest established businesses of any description in the world, having been founded in 1750 and trading continuously since then!
The press is the classic black with gilt lines and curves following the shape of the piece and due to its size is very decorative whether for home or commercial use. Condition wise, we would assume it is missing its stamp bit but otherwise presented in good historic condition with no cracks to the casting. There are a few of these around however this one is a whopper compared to most, weighing quite a bit…

We include UK mainland delivery in the purchase price making life easier for clients. We utilise the services of two careful independent couriers. All items are carefully packed in house and transported blanket wrapped, secured and insured. Deliveries take in the region of 4-14 days depending on your location and you will be given a 2 hour delivery slot 24 hours before delivery takes place.
