Pair of Stylish Vintage 1960s Black Upholstered Metal Chairs with Swivel Cup Feet and a Hint of Louis Sognot Style

A beautifully stylish pair of 1960s black upholstered and metal framed chairs which would look great in most locations, we are thinking living room either side of a table or an apartment hallway.
The chairs are in very pleasing original condition, the four tapered black metal legs are finished with rather wonderful brass tipped swivel cup feet and are all firm. Overall the chairs have an aged wear and the black original vinyl only has a couple of teeny splits and nibbles. They sit well and look great from most angles with a certain look that’s difficult to nail down.
There are no labels attached however these are good quality, very well made and ready to enjoy. We have lightly polished the frames and given the vinyl a light wipe over.
