An Attractive Edwardian Mahogany Envelope Card Table

This pretty Edwardian mahogany envelope card table is in good condition with a top that rotates clockwise, opening via the envelope leaves to reveal a green baize playing surface and coin / counter wells in each segment. Just below the playing surface on the front there is a frieze drawer with original brass tarnished handles which is running smoothly. The top is supported at each corner by fine lightly tapered legs which are finished with the original little pot and brass castors.
Condition wise it has enjoyed sensible usage rather than been shed or barn stored. The green baize has a few small holes with the table enjoying a repair free life and is presented in very much original condition with day to day usage marks.
A decorative looking piece that can also work well with other games or as a stand-alone side table.
