Rare Goodyear Factory Parts Box Large Size in Great Condition

Always pleasing to grab something a little different whilst out seeking fresh stock. We eyed this Goodyear box which was being used to store parts for a factory and after a wipe and wax it’s looking great.
We are guessing it’s from around 60s/70s. The box is of a good size and its construction is a mix of wood, light metal and a strong tough manmade material of which we’re not entirely certain – perhaps a toughened cardboard and plastic mix. It’s in a great condition with no splits, cracks or rips and only has the odd mark or two. The Goodyear logo sits proudly on both the two long sides with the two short sides have very useful handles.
It would make a rather nice holder for car polish and cloths etc for the car enthusiast who has everything, a toy box for cars in a playroom, picnic box for taking to retro car shows or a very useful marketing tool or even a handy storage box for gloves, jumpers and scarves.
