A Good Vintage Teak Mid Century Dining Table And 6 Chairs By McIntosh

Presented in great original condition which we feel is so important with this era. This 1970s dining table and 6 chair set have been well cared for and we would hazard guess, used occasionally rather than daily.
The build quality is good which you expect from MctIntosh and the simple design with those angled legs means they are standing the test of time well and are particularly good value at present.
The table possesses a hidden extension which is hidden underneath the top of the table and makes an appearance by way of a butterfly movement. As mentioned, condition wise the set has been well cared for and kept together. There are a few marks to the table top and the odd scratch, however the colour is great and there are no chips to the edges etc. The chair seats of the original bouclé fabric are mint with no holes, pulls or over wear. The chair frames are again in very good order with the odd mark but repair free and firm with no wobbles. The whole set smells right!
A very good set, some can look very tired, benefiting from a careful previous owner. Ready to place.
