Echoing the era particularly well with neat modest lines, this oak desk is a perfect size where space maybe at a premium.
Design wise it takes its form from around the late 1950s. It has a simple outline with a single middle drawer smoothly incorporated into the front and four slightly tapered legs at each corner, unadorned and easy on the eye…
Condition wise it’s not bad at all – there are a few marks to the top, the legs are firm, no wobbles or repairs. The drawer is running smoothly with just a few marks (ink) to the inside of the drawer. Looking fresh with a pleasing grain and smelling fine.
As mentioned a great size for a smaller space – enough room for a laptop!
