In a great, all over worn state, this black Anglepoise lamp with its clamp fitting is showing its age and possesses bags of character.
It’s of a size larger than some with the big aluminium shade possessing the ability to twist and turn. We found this one lurking in a small office which was attached to a Lancashire workshop, clamped to an old wooden desk – so it’s got a bit of history.
We’re not great fans of getting carried away and going overboard on refurbishment of these lamps resulting in that very polished metal look, rather we’ve allowed the lamp to undergo a full rewire with a twisted black flex, a replug and a PAT test along with a light clean and a smear of Crystalline Wax, giving it a light sheen.
Without doubt a good looking piece with a slender silhouette. Ready to light up, we will even throw in the bulb!
This one will be well packaged and sent fully insured with UPS or Parcelforce.
