Found in a Birmingham chroming workshop this grey metal cabinet with its little 18 drawers is the perfect size for a side table. We have to say this one is a heavy little geezer for its size and is displaying some nice wear around the edges and is without doubt sitting firm with all the drawers working well!
We would say from around 1960 maybe '70s due to weight and design and may have kept index cards or in this case was full of screws and smaller parts for chroming… So many times these have a drawer missing which can be frustrating but not this one!
Haven’t got much of a clue what the drawers would be good for - a remote for the tele fits, or a mobile phone, all those endless leads you get when you purchase electrical goods – but hey, who cares it looks great.
