These are a cracking little pair of lamps surviving in that all important, original, unmessed with condition, apart from a rewire using a black vintage style twist flex, re-plug and PAT test.
These are just the perfect size to pop onto a sideboard or bedside table. They are a simple but attractive set up, a polished steel deco inspired shade stamped with “PHOTAX BRITISH MADE” which sits on the original green painted metal frames. The shades pivot via a simple screw system.
As mentioned, they are in wonderful original condition, so pleasing to find a pair – we have even resisted the temptation to get out the polish and rub away at those shades!
