Found in the boardroom of a photography workshop these are one owner purchased from new alongside a matching chrome legged table which we also have for sale.
In remarkably good condition these are a little reserved, simple in design however revved up by the use of high shine polished steel for the legs and backs. The chairs were purchased along with other boardroom pieces in 1975 and have been well cared for, staying in situ until we came along…
The chrome is in very good order with no pitting, cracks or rust. The original olive/brown coloured fabric seats are rip, stain and tear free and the frames are firm with no repairs or wobbles.
These are a far cry from the cosy wooden chairs from the 40-50s – a lot more glamorous and a little bit more in your face compared to some. Would look fab in the right space at home, office, pub or shop.
Ready to place – we will even throw in a tube of chrome cleaner to keep that metal shiny, shiny!
