The chair is of a good even colour, the new tarnished studded leather covered seat is comfortable, the back a functional height and the overall shape is without doubt, a classic. As mentioned, the chair is constructed from oak, is firm having undergone a bit of refurbishment very recently and would look great sitting under a desk but would also feel right at home in a living room or kitchen/diner.
