These sat all of their life in the boardroom of a Midlands printing firm. The mix of supple black leatherette and an angular steel frame makes them an unusual and pretty attractive proposal. These leave behind the curved bentwood and friendly form of the 1950s, using brushed steel creating a slick angular form, a lot sterner and disciplined - we love them.
Condition wise they are in good order – the black soft leatherette on the deep wide seats is rip free and the brushed steel frames are clean, bent free, firm and sitting as they should be.
Whether it be commercial or home use, these are pretty damned good!
