This one sits a little higher than some, is a little leaner and with its black painted mahogany frame, original, now aged, fern green velvet is ready to enjoy or reupholster if the mood takes you.
The chaise with its large pot castors is a handsome fellow sitting firm with no repairs, wobbles or sways. The seat area is firm, smooth and the velvet is in good worn order – we like it just the way it is – useable with some history not to prissy or pretty!
Plenty of these around, however this one possess something, not entirely sure what - but something that makes it a worthwhile purchase.
