A most attractive campaign table from the Edwardian period which, apart from having the ability to fold, is an appealing size and form. We would assume the table with its flight of four “trays” may have enjoyed a life of travel and remains in good historic condition.
This little handsome piece made from mahogany with aged metal ware assisting the legs to collapse, possesses the usual knocks and bumps (a surface crack on one of the tray/shelves) however its firm in stance, the colour not over faded and with no repairs. The slender barrel legs are a nice feature and we think overall it would be a great addition to any home.
Great to find something a little different and so easy to find a space for – hallway, living room or home office are three that spring to mind.
