A nice find, sitting in good original order showing its history and past well. Most of these are a little over the top on the style front, many are mahogany and some are just too big to be of any use.
This oak serving / side / buffet side table / what-not - call it what you wish, has a lot going for it. The size is sensible both width and height wise, the condition is good, it’s all there – slight split on the top piece of oak, slight nibbles on the right door and then general historic wear and tear. So good to see one in oak. The piece with its turned legs and modest form sits on its original brass castors all turning as they should.
