Attractive 1930s Vintage Walnut Glazed Bookcase Cabinet
Once sitting in the offices of a solicitor, we have this 2 door glazed bookcase cabinet. Not the usual oak, this one is of walnut with burr walnut banding to the base and edge of the top - a nice touch.
We have 3 adjustable walnut faced shelves inside the leaded glass doors for which we have a working lock and key. It's an unfussy looking piece very much of the era with a little “whiff” of Art Deco about it - smart straight lines, good angles and a deep burr walnut plinth.
Condition is good - we have no breaks in the original glass. The walnut is fine and of good tone and not faded. We have odd pieces of walnut veneer missing to the base but all historic and bedded in and not an eye sore or partially noticeable.

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
