Late Victorian Solid Oak Chest of Drawers C1900
A good chest of 5 drawers in English oak which would not only fit into a bedroom but also be fine in a living room, hallway or dining room of a period or modern home. This one is the combination of 2 half drawers with a flight of 3 graduated drawers below sitting on a wonderfully deep bottom plinth and with an oversailing oak top - very simple but rather stylish.
Condition is good with all drawers pulling well and with clean oak lined inners. We would assume that the brass pressed handles are an historic replacement but they work well and are bedding in nicely. Light day to day marks on this one. We have ensured the chest is clean, neat and ready to place.

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
