A Pine Factory Table from the Black Country

Well used and full of good factory wear and tear, this table was found in a large Black Country factory along with a few other interesting items.
The table with its black top and slatted lower shelf is full of character having been used on a daily basis until the factory’s doors closed earlier this year. There are plenty of marks to the legs, notches around the edges and grazes to the original top. However the table is a tough old chap and even after a hard life the frame is very firm with no wobbles or shakes. We would say it was made on site rather than a factory purchase. We have hand cleaned the table of factory grime and grease.
Looking for something with a past and character then this could be the one.
This very original factory table has masses of uses – in the kitchen, just the right height for an island table, pretty perfect to eat at with tall stools or for an apartment and very useful in a commercial space.
