A Heavy Duty Black Vintage Metal Trunk by F & B London

This large black painted metal trunk would have been used for the transit and storage of army uniforms or the like. It would now make a wonderful coffee/side table and would look great in a lounge or sitting room.
The trunk is in original condition with the interior painted a grey/blue colour (which is quite usual for this make) along with the F & B London Made logo distinctly showing on the interior lid. The exterior has the owner’s name “M P FORD” painted in small, squarish white letters on the top. All of its clasps and handles are in place (no key for the lock however) and apart from the usual day to day marks inflicted from it being hauled around its very much ready to go.
