Sitting in very pleasing vintage condition these oak and “RAF Blue” leather chairs are a pair of crackers! It’s never easy to find a pair of chairs that are not only sound in condition but also stylish, so easy on the eye.
The oak is of an even tone with no repairs, wobbles or cracks – just general wear and tear. The blue leather that wraps itself around the top of the back is pleasantly worn and the arms are a little more worn but none the worse for it. And the leather is held into place by tarnished brass studs.
We would assume that the chairs have enjoyed a commercial life maybe in a Library, in the hallway of a solicitors firm or more than likely a company boardroom. They are of a good size, comfortable and would look great in a commercial or residential space. Ready to enjoy with attractive vintage wear.
