Super Vintage Oak Stacking Barristers Library Bookcase C1930
A rather handsome sectional Bookcase in a decent tone of oak surviving from the 1930s and found in Oxfordshire. This one is of good proportions with 4 sections and finished with an attractive plinth and base. The piece does break down for easy placement.
Workshop report – The bookcase is in good order. We have carefully cleaned and waxed the piece. The little runners have been lubricated and the original glass with no breaks or cracks (just some fine scratches) is in place as are the attractive little brass turned knobs. We have day to day wear and tear with the odd mark or two but nothing fresh or ugly. Ready to fill…
A good looking bookcase in oak c1930.
