Super to have an oak tambour door cabinet which is in fine order from top to toe.
This one is of a very good, even colour with panelled sides and a lock and key which is working as it should. The internal drawers are well made, running smoothly and of great quality.
We get offered a lot of these cabinets and normally discard them, due to damaged doors, broken locks or damaged carcasses, however this one is offered in good lightly used condition. Of course it possesses day to day usage marks, general wear and tear which in turn gives it a pleasing lived in look.
As mentioned the door is descending and ascending smoothly, the lock is clicking as it should and the key is working well and the finish is even with no nasty dents or cracks. It also smells OK!
Overall a great oak cabinet which is showing its age very well and is ready to go.
