Good 1930s Vintage Oak Open Bookcase
This oak bookcase is of a great size and quality, we would assume a one off which survives in good order from around the 1930s. The double height top is a nice touch and it’s well finished and sits on its narrow oak plinth. Plenty of space for books, collector’s pieces and even a flat scene television...
Workshop report – the bookcase sits in good order with a pleasing tone to the oak. We do have sensible wear and day to day marks but nothing too ugly or nasty. We have ensured the piece is ready to place - cleaned and lightly waxed.
A good quality easy going piece of British oak furniture from the 1930s.
