Good set of 4 1930s British Oak Dining Chairs Newly Upholstered
These are rather nice, great quality and with fresh upholstered seats in a quality soft navy blue velvet, to boot.
The stance is good on these dining chairs from the early part of the 1930s with those profusely carved oak front legs and back slat decorated with an attractive bunch of grapes. The slight curve to the front makes them comfortable to sit on.
Workshop report - As mentioned the seats are freshly upholstered and firmish with new foam. We have lightly waxed the oak frames trying to leave the past in place rather than go too crazy. They are sitting firm with sensible wear and tear.
A handsome set of 4 dining chairs, British c1930s.
Dimensions - Overall: Height 85cm x Width 46cm x Depth 49cm
Dimensions - Specifically the Seats: Height 48cm x Width 45-35cm (Front-Rear) x Depth 38cm
