Charming Little Oak Arts and Crafts Desk Table
A delightful little oak desk from the Arts & Crafts period with such a fabulous look – perfect for the hall or study.
The nice thing about this one is that it’s all there – no little pieces missing, the brass drop handles are age tarnished, the oak frame with those beautifully shaped legs are again pleasantly aged and complete. The little black leather insert to the top again is original be it worn and a little thread bare in parts – just wonderful.
It sits well in original condition, no repairs, wobbles or sways. The drawer is running fine and the brass drop handles are nicely worn and in place. The black leather top is worn around the edges and marked but hey it works well with the rest of the piece. Overall we would say aging well.
