Vintage Pieff Kadia Desk Armchair Leather Chrome
Rather good looking and presented in very good vintage condition. These Pieff Kadia leather and chrome chairs are great for a desk or as an occasional chair scattered around the home, office or shop.
These have been looked after and have enjoyed a charmed life with the chocolate coloured leather hide remaining supple and only lightly creased and the chrome frames also bright with no dings or faults.
Pieff were top end producers with most ranges designed by Tim Bates and were sold in Harrods, Heals and the like. The Kadia range according to the Pieff catalogue of the time “creates a mood of pure contentment, so relaxing with supple hide set in curves of gleaming curve” – enough said I think! They are very comfortable with a slight flex to the frame and the leather seats are firm enough.
Workshop report - these are in good condition with the rich chocolate coloured hide of an even colour with light creasing and Pieff labels in situ. We have enriched the leather with a balm and ensured that the chrome frames are clean and bright. Smell fine
Great looking vintage 1970s chairs from a great British maker with that ability to fit into modern or period homes with ease.
