This set came from Lincolnshire, are elegant in style with tapered legs, simple lightly shaped top rails and have arched slender back slats. They sit in good condition with historic aging, no movement in the frames and have been lightly waxed. As mentioned the seats are newly reupholstered.
A good set of 6 English period chairs that have a chilled, slightly country look about them.
