British Vintage Early 20TH Century Oak Tambour Door Cabinet
A great looking tambour door cabinet hiding seven sliding drawers and of an attractive outline with panelled sides and a deep oak plinth.
With this one being of a sensible height, it would fit well into a smaller office, living room as a side table or a narrow hallway. The door and lock are working as they should.
Workshop report - the cabinet is in fine historic condition with sensible day to day wear rather than a tired looking “barn find”. The tambour door is working well and the key locks and grips as it should. The oak is of a good even tone. We have vacuumed the drawers, lubricated the tambour door and lightly waxed the oak. Expect a fresh looking piece with no odours or repairs.
A fine looking cabinet from all angles and such a neat height.
