Late Georgian Antique Scroll Armed Library Desk Chair we have 2
Surviving in splendid untouched and wonderfully aged condition, we have two of these late Georgian armchairs which look just delightful.
This age of chair is never easy to find in this condition. The frames are aging splendidly, unpolished not refinished with appropriate wear to the arms, reeded legs and back. They are well proportioned and rather elegant with their big scroll arms.
Condition report – These are in good original order so no point in having to spruce up. Any marks are aged and the frames are a good glowing mahogany with no sways or wobbles. The horse hair filled seats are covered in an aged brown Rexine.
A great looking English chair surviving in marvellous aged condition.
The price listed is for 1 chair delivered, not the pair.
