1960s TanSad Swivel Typists / Desk Chair
Found in the offices of a Birmingham watchmaker, this TanSad survives in good used order from around the late 1960s.
It’s a well-engineered chair and very much of the era - leaving behind the designs and materials of an earlier period. So black vinyl, polished steel and more modern castors are order of the day. It all works as it should - the height adjusts on the back rest and so does the height on the stem. One or two nicks in the vinyl and marks to its rear, and expected scuffs and loss of paint to the four star base.
A good looking little one owner 1960s office chair by TanSad.
