This handmade trestle table is from around the 1930/40s and has been well made giving it a firm footing when opened up.
The table is of a simple but effective construction and with its pine top would make a great addition to a home. As we mentioned earlier the trestle is relatively heavy hence its sits well once up and does not sway, wobble or bow like some can. Its overall smaller size also makes it perfect for a computer desk, or used as a kitchen/dining table or in a hallway.
The condition is good with no repairs to the base and all the necessary original screws intact. The top is firm with the usual marks from usage and a few nibbles but we are sure it’s good for another 80 years or so. We have lightly polished the frame and have given the underneath a brush over so it’s ready to go.
Dimensions - Overall: Height 76.5cm x Width 136cm x Depth 68cm
