A Good Mid-Century Vintage Greaves and Thomas Armchair
A rather handsome looking mid-century armchair by British maker Greaves and Thomas and surviving in good original condition. The Afromosia frame contrasts well with the pale green olive velvet upholstery.
We love the design on this one, decent angles giving it a bit of class and those arms are a classic. As mentioned, the chair survives in good order. The arms are secured and the frame firm with no wobbles. The upholstery is rip free with a little wear here and there but perfectly useable if you wish. Its smells fine and is weighty for its size.
Dimensions – Overall: Height 83cm x Width 65.5cm x Depth 79cm
Dimensions – Specifically the Seat: Height 35cm x Width 45cm x Depth 49cm
