This one is country in origin and is such a good size and shape, full of character with its panelled door, old green paint finish, tarnished adjustable vents, pleasing top plinth and its overall unspoilt condition.
Condition wise its fine – the door closes as it needs to. The frame is firm – no wobbles, obviously there are marks, paint loss, a little loss of top plinth to the left. We would suspect it may have been used to hang game in its glory days!
A cracking piece of English country furniture which would work well anywhere in the home.
