This one possesses the AM - Air Ministry mark to the back, is dated 1953 and also has the AK with Crown stamp which stands for Ashton King and represents a post-war government contract inspection mark for British Military or civil service property. It would work in so many spaces throughout the home or commercial space. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis design was favoured by the military for a number of years - a flight of 3 deep drawers topped with 2 deep half drawers which works so well for storage. This one sits in fine condition after a careful repolish in our workshop. We have the well shaped oak handles in situ and the inverted bottom plinth works well. Expect a few losses to the top and side, nothing nasty with a good golden tone of oak.
