Condition is good for a works piece - the tone is good in the oak and veneer with the odd historic mark and scratches etc all part of its past office life but the piece sits well, all drawers run well, back is good and we have no repairs. Our workshop has carefully repolished to enhance the grain of the oak and ensured it's ready for placing.
